Light Structural: Furnish and installation of structural steel services up to 50 tons (new and retrofit) rehab projects (I-beam, channels, frame X-bracing, roof joist, floor joist, decking, base plates, cap plates, anchor bolts, steel additions, header beams, lintels, seismic clips — residential and commercial).ion

Rails/Stairs/Misc: Furnish and installation of stairs and rails (steel/stainless/aluminum), roof access ship ladders, ADA ramp/stair rails, canopies, sill angles, elevator hoist beams, elevator pit ladders, sump pit gratings, metal bollards, embed angles, seismic clips, multi-level stair rails and stairs (wood-structure stair rails/wall rails).

Residential: Stair railings in contemporary or retro-style designs (finished in hot-dip galvanized or powder-coat top coat), fabricated and installed.
